Assisting policy holders with their claims, questions and getting quick resolution to their issues is our primary concern. We feel that good follow-up and after-sale servicing leads to referrals, which are how we have grown our business.

Rosemarie Swaim, founder and Principal partner of BenefitsMart LLC has had a long and varied career. Ms. Swaim was born and raised in New York, NY. She has A BA from New York University and an MBA in International Finance from Pace University. She had a long and distinguished career as the head of Sales and Strategic Marketing for major corporations including GE Consulting and Software AG. In 1997 , Ms. Swaim semi-retired to consult for high tech organizations struggling with entry into new marketplaces. Working as a consultant allowed Ms. Swaim to pursue her passion, cutting horses. The Swaims had a farm in Leesburg, Virginia which has since relocated to Weatherford Texas where they raise champion cutting horses and organic angus cattle. In 2002, Ms. Swaim changed directions completely and started working as an Independent Agent for Aflac. As the Aflac practice grew, Ms. Swaim, in response to her client needs and requests started to branch out into long term care, life insurance, disability and major medical. BenefitsMart LLC is a result of that progression.

In addition to her insurance practice, one can find Ms. Swaim working with the homeless through Circle of Love or with the Ukrainian orphans through mission work with Gospelink. In addition, to all of her professional doings, Ms. Swaim never losses sight of that passion and continues to raise and show those champion cutting horses.
