If your company does not have Aflac they can contact me to obtain the information about becoming an Aflac company. Aflac products are being offered in two different manners:

1. If they don't want to add Aflac benefits to the company plans at this time you still have the ability to add Aflac benefits on a direct basis through the IEC Association List Bill account number. The first set of benefits on the following page can be obtained in this manner. Just contact me via phone or email for information on best to enroll.

2. Group benefits are available for all companies with three or more employees. To include the short Term Disability benefit, however, the company must have five employees. Those benefits are listed again on the page following this introduction. To receive additional information and rates just email or phone me.
